Implementation
Requirements:
- A relevant B Degree in Law/ Commerce/Finance
- Minimum five (5) years' relevant experience in Contract
development of same
- Project Management will be advantageous
- Good Working knowledge of implementation of contract systems
- Computer literacy skills (MS Office and SAP)
- A valid driver's license
- Develop, guide, advise and give input to the implementation
department so that service contract operations are efficiently
and effectively managed in compliance with all relevant laws
- Oversee the processes followed by the various Public Transport
processes to design their contracts and tenders
- Lead the processes for the storage of all records of public
- Lead and direct the implementation of the contract
contracts in the department;
