    The Administrative Coordinator - Documents will be responsible for the day-to-day management of documents and office administration tasks within the construction site office and project team.

    Key responsibilities include general office management tasks such as procurement of office supplies and services, setting up meetings, taking minutes, and drafting documents from notes.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Document Creation and Distribution: Managing the creation, storage, retrieval, and distribution of documents to ensure they are organized and easily accessible to authorized personnel.
    • Version Control: Tracking and maintaining different versions of documents to ensure that the latest revisions are always available and that changes are properly documented.
