Description

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure seamless vehicle check-in and customer communication.
Contact customers for warranty and service authorization.
Provide exceptional customer service at the service reception.
Collaborate with the workshop foreman to update customers on their vehicle's status.
Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments and work-in-progress.
Inform customers of their vehicle's completion and clarify invoices.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 to 4 years' experience as a Vehicle Service Advisor or Aftersales Consultant.
Proven experience in the MOTOR industry with a corporate-branded dealership.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize customer service.
Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
Valid SA Driver's license.
Clear criminal record.

Compensation: R14 000
