    Introduction

    We are seeking an experienced and qualified candidate to fill the role of Project Manager - Property Developer. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction management principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A valid driver's license is also required.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and coordinate project activities to ensure timely completion and adherence to budget.
    • Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project outcomes.
    • Oversee quality control processes to ensure that all work meets specifications.
    • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
    • Maintain accurate records and reports of project progress and performance.
    • Identify and mitigate risks associated with project development and implementation.

    Requirements

    • Grade 12 qualification.
    • Relevant BSc/B Eng/ BTech/National Diploma qualification.
    • Valid driver's license.
    • 8 years' minimum experience in construction project management.

    Skills and Knowledge

    • Excellent communication, written, and interpersonal skills.
    • Working knowledge of OHS ACT and Construction Regulations.
    • Ability to read, understand, and organize construction plans and specifications.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
    • South African citizenship.
