Description

We are looking for an experienced After Sales Manager for a new dealership. Our client is one of the largest independent motor groups in SA and this is a fast-growing brand. We are ideally looking for someone who will initially oversee parts and workshop with a large emphasis on workshops. You will be responsible for growing the team, growing market share, and increasing productivity month on month.

You will need at least 3 years of Service Management experience with some knowledge of the parts department - in a franchised motor dealership.

An excellent track record and job stability goes without saying.

Job Requirements
At least 3 years of Service Management experience in a franchised motor dealership

Some Parts Management experience is highly beneficial

Technically minded is advantageous

Must have outstanding leadership skills.
