    Job Title: Sales Representative

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Analyzing customer needs and identifying potential sales opportunities to provide personalized product recommendations.
    • Supplying customers with accurate product information, including price, availability, and key selling features.
    • Effectively communicating product benefits and demonstrating product features to address customer inquiries and concerns.
    • Upselling products and suggesting alternative offerings that cater to customers' evolving needs.
    • Supporting customers with replenishment orders and recommendations to ensure seamless purchasing experiences.
    • Handling customer returns and resolving issues efficiently to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Ensuring prompt resolution of customer complaints and concerns, maintaining a positive reputation for the company.
    • Staying informed about product and service updates, competitor activity, and industry developments.
    • Prioritizing participation in conferences, trade events, and other networking opportunities to expand professional connections and stay abreast of industry advancements.
    • Providing weekly reports on sales performance, product feedback, competitor insights, and potential sales opportunities to inform strategic decision-making.
