    Description
    As the Marketing Manager/Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the marketing strategy. Developing and implementing marketing initiatives, advising the business on brand development, and managing relationships with advertising agencies and designers.
    This is a half-day, in-office position that requires strong collaboration and effective management of external partnerships.

    • Agency and Vendor Management
    • Campaign Management
    • Advisory Role: Work closely with senior leadership to advise on marketing strategies and business opportunities to elevate the brand and optimize marketing spend.
    • Content Creation & Direction
    • Market Research & Insights
    • Reporting & Analytics

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • Relevant Marketing qualifications
    • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a specialist role.
    • Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, digital marketing, branding, and campaign execution.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience managing external agencies and vendors.
    • Ability to work independently and provide strategic advice to senior leadership.
    • Strong project management and organizational skills.
    • Creativity and a keen eye for design and brand aesthetics.
    • Ability to work collaboratively, while also managing external partnerships.
    • Familiarity with marketing tools and software for campaign management, analytics, and reporting.
    This role may suit a marketing professional who would like to utilize their skills on a half-day basis or someone looking to scale down from a full-time corporate marketing role while still achieving job fulfillment and personal satisfaction.
