    Business Development Manager Position

    We're seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to represent our client-facing brand. This role involves creating and driving sales management strategies to generate revenue, identifying business growth opportunities, and promoting products to optimize revenue and competitive advantage.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Developing strategic plans to expand our customer base in the procurement and supply chain sectors, focusing on transactional and annuity revenue streams.
    • Establishing and driving the sales strategy to deliver sustainable business growth and implementing innovative sales techniques to support business objectives.
    • Maintaining relationships with existing clients, upselling, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Identifying internal and external leads and pursuing opportunities through conversion.
    • Presenting products to clients to grow business, managing the sales pipeline, and developing a team of resources to support department objectives.
    • Engaging with clients to understand user demand and communicating back on customer experience.
    • Managing content for digital and print media in support of sales efforts and driving revenue growth through new business acquisition and upselling.
    • Measuring and reporting on sales outcomes to increase efficiency and ROI.

    Desired Experience & Qualification

    • Degree or National Diploma in Marketing or Business Administration or Management.
    • Driver License with own reliable transport.
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a business development role, focusing on procurement and supply chain sectors.
    • Proven expertise in forensic investigations and its application in business development.
    • Strong track record of managing both transactional and annuity revenue customer relationships.
