Position Summary
Manage the remunerations and benefits functions within the AFMS Group and all its subsidiaries. This includes the developing, implementing and administrating of all the components involved e.g. policies, software programs, job grading, benchmarking, etc.


Key Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 10 year working experience in Remuneration and Benefits, with at least 2 year experience in a Management level
  • Related qualification
  • Advanced working knowledge of Sage people 300
  • Must have experience in designing Compensation and Benefits Policies
  • Good understanding of and working knowledge of all the appropriate Acts (LRA, BCEA, OSHA, COID, EEA)
  • Highly computer literate with strong MSOffice skills

Job Type:
Temporary


Pay:
R35, R40,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

Western Cape:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
