    About the Role

    TalentSync is on the lookout for a meticulous and systematic individual to become a part of our finance team as a Financial Clerk. In this position, you will play a vital role in supporting our financial operations by executing a variety of administrative and clerical duties. Your contributions will be essential in maintaining precise financial documentation and ensuring the fiscal health of our organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare and manage invoices, expense reports, and other financial paperwork.
    • Assist in reconciling financial statements and various accounts.
    • Conduct data entry and uphold accurate financial records.
    • Process payments while managing accounts payable and receivable.
    • Support the creation of financial reports and statements.
    • Assist the finance team with budgeting and forecasting activities.
    • Help with payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
    • Utilize financial software for analysis and reporting.
    • Provide general administrative assistance to the finance department.
    • Comply with financial policies and regulations.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in finance or accounting are advantageous.
