    Job Summary:


    As a Data Analyst/Coordinator at Finding Personnel (Pty) Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in analysing complex data sets to deliver actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and business performance improvements. This role combines data analysis and coordination responsibilities with designing, developing, and managing data-driven reports and insights.


    Key Responsibilities:



    • Data Analysis:


      • Collect, clean, and analyse data from diverse sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

      • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

      • Utilise statistical methods and data visualisation tools to present findings effectively.


    • Data Coordination:


      • Coordinate with departments to gather data requirements and ensure alignment with organisational goals.

      • Manage data integration and ensure consistency across systems and platforms.

      • Oversee data entry, quality, and integrity processes.


    • Reporting:


      • Prepare and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

      • Design and develop comprehensive Management Information (MI) reports and dashboards.

      • Assist in developing data-driven strategies and initiatives, ensuring reports meet business needs.


      Requirements:



      • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.

      • 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, data coordination, or a related role.

      • Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

      • Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

      • Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and automation.

      • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.

      • Familiarity with data governance principles and compliance requirements.

      • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

      Job Type: Full-time
