native speakers with relevant experience as a Telesales agent having commercial conversations (retention & up/cross sales calls) selling to Dutch telecom customers and prospects in a B2C environment.

What are we looking for?


For our Cape Town office, we are looking to recruit between 15-20 new employees in the next 2/3 months to work for one of our largest clients, a global telecom provider.

We are looking for exceptional enthusiastic sales employees to join our team.

If you are passionate about sales, have a knack for building rapport, and enjoy exceeding targets, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct inbound & outbound sales calls to existing customers and save them from leaving and/or sell them new products and services on top of the existing subscriptions and services they already buy from our client. You need to communicate commercially and describe the value of products and services offered.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Stay uptodate on product knowledge, market trends, and sales techniques.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service.
  • Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs
  • Offer solutions based on clients' needs and capabilities
  • Keep an updated customer database
  • Adhere to common KPIs for your work
  • Update client records

Your qualifications:


  • Fluent in Dutch language (spoken & written at C1/C2 level), native highly preferred.
  • Previous sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Resultsdriven and targetoriented mindset.
  • Selfmotivated, energetic, and confident.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to approach problems logically.
  • Patient and friendly personality.
  • Team player.
  • Good timemanagement skills.
  • Great interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

  • After induction training and first 2 months performing according to expectations, partial hybrid working from home is allowed.
k rand gross base salary pm and ability to more than double that salary based on sales commissions.

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
R324, R600,000.00 per year

  • Cape Town, Western Cape 8001: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
