Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that all administrators are trained and functioning according to the standards and protocols of the bureau
- Managing and analysing key clients claims and debt recovered
- Ability to formulate financial reports to present clients
- Assisting clients with best claim procedures
- Ensuring that all administrators capture correct data and claims
- Recognising opportunities for growth of the bureau
Requirements:
- Large Medical Practice Management
- Ability to assertively lead a team of administrators
- Extensive understanding and experience in communicating and dealing with medical aids.
- Excellent communication skills
Skills:
- Strong personality
- Time Management skills
- System implementation and maintenance
- Identify new structures to optimise work flow
- Ability to recognise opportunities to grow the client base
- Proactive in seeking new business for general growth of the bureau
- Able to work on Word and Excel
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday 08h00 16h00
Salary:
- R plus commission
