We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant with a strong background in digital marketing to join our team.

We are a young, dynamic, growing company looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant who is a self-starter, ready to accept challenges and create solutions.

• Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for various marketing projects. Developing comprehensive project briefs for external vendors, outlining requirements, goals, and creative expectations.
• Oversee the scheduling and implementation of marketing campaigns across platforms.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, offering insights and recommendations for optimisation.
• Work with the website team to ensure accurate, uptodate content and unify marketing strategies across digital platforms for a cohesive online presence.
• Work with the creative team to develop assets for use across marketing platforms.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, sharing insights with the team.
• Brainstorm innovative ideas and strategies for reaching target audiences, collaborating with the Management team and service providers.
• Provide general administrative support to the marketing department as needed.

• Matric required. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Consideration is given to alternative marketing qualifications.
• 12 years in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong writing and editing skills for creating engaging content across various platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities; willingness to contribute ideas and take initiative.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting preferred.
