    KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Support and maintain end-user requirements, including troubleshooting, account maintenance, and training.

    3. Resolve cross-functional issues at a technical level.
    4. Perform industry-standard tests to diagnose and resolve faults.
    5. Explain technical solutions to non-technical staff.
    6. Develop in-depth knowledge of the skills required to monitor and diagnose problems related to the technical area.
    7. Adhere to SOPs, technical and architectural documentation to agreed quality standards.
    8. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
    9. Maintain professionalism, a good attitude, and appropriate behavior with IM personnel, clients, and vendors.
    10. Present a professional image daily.
    11. Lead by example, be flexible, and willing to work overtime as requested by management.
    12. Show initiative and collaborate with relevant management and fellow coworkers.
    13. Identify high-risk areas related to the IM Environment and work on possible solutions to mitigate the risks.
    14. Ensure timely ticket resolution with accurate feedback.
    15. Stay up-to-date with advances in technology, primarily Operational Technology (OT) Networking.
    16. Manage and support various environments.
    17. Manage security, software, and licenses.
    18. Set up and maintain security rights and access permissions.
    19. Provide necessary user documentation.
    20. Review project activities for compliance with procedures and standards.
    21. Play a lead role in developing and implementing networks within the area of responsibility.
    22. Contribute to technical strategy, policy, and procedures for IM.
    23. Produce technical and architectural documentation to agreed quality standards.
    24. Report progress/issues to management and users.
    25. Oversee budget and forecast in an environment of responsibility.
    26. Manage and liaise with supplier/contractual relationships.
    27. Assist in executing OT projects.
    28. Define requirements for reporting and interfacing.
    29. Provide technician training and skill transfers.
    30. Analyze current and future processes/systems.
    31. Plan and perform appropriate procedures, documentation, inventory assessments, and other procedures related to responsibility within Industrial IT Networks.
    32. Maximize system availability and performance through fault-tolerant configurations, efficient network architectures, and proactive monitoring.
    33. Contribute to maintaining a clean and orderly workplace/office.
