Main purpose of the job
Talent Administration
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies & channels to build relevant talent pools
- Conduct interactions with Managers in a timely, professional and responsive manner
- Identify & communicate continuous improvement opportunities and strategies
- Process Management & Sourcing
- Follow agreed recruitment process for recruitment delivery
- Effectively communicate position opportunity and Company value proposition
- Develop a deep understanding of your assigned business units
Adherence to SOP
- Work closely with team members to generate a go to market sourcing strategy, gather competitive intelligence, develop targeted sourcing environments, conduct research and create talent maps
- Stay current on market and/or functional trends and key developments
- Keep abreast of sourcing best practices (systems, tools, and processes) utilizing the internal tools and technologies.
- Follow recruitment process and procedures
- Maintain data quality and accuracy on the company's internal databases and client talent acquisition systems
- Leverage relevant social media and communications channels
Work collaboratively
- Build a culture of respect and understanding across the organisation
- Recognise outcomes which resulted from effective collaboration between teams
- Build cooperation and overcome barriers to information sharing, communication and collaboration across the organization
- Facilitate opportunities to engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop joint solutions

Minimum Academic, Professional Qualifications & Experience required for this position
- Minimum 3 years of full life cycle recruitment experience in a fastpaced environment
- Conducting competency/behavioural based interviews
- Applicant Tracking System experience
- Developing and executing sourcing methodologies to include market mapping, recruitment strategies and Boolean searches
- Relevant Diploma/Degree
- MIE user experience advantageous
