Main purpose of job:


Responsibilities:


  • Lead change management activities on small to medium sized projects
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans
  • Lead change management workstreams
  • Conduct change impact assessments, readiness assessments and stakeholder analysis
  • Identify risks and develop risk mitigation tactics
  • Identify and manage anticipated resistance
  • Track and report issues
  • Define and measure success metrics and measure progress towards these
  • Develop communication plans
  • Manage stakeholders and drive engagement
  • Track and report change management adoption and successes
  • Support the design and delivery of training programmes necessary to implement the change
  • Coach project teams, people managers, supervisors etc
  • Support and engage senior leaders

Reporting

  • Provide relevant reports and other updates as required
  • Business development
  • Identify additional sales opportunities in the client business and wider market for new and retained business

Thought leadership

  • Keep up to date with cutting edge developments in change management

Qualifications:


  • Relevant Social Science Bachelors degree (min NQF level 7)
  • Change Management Certification (PROSCI, AIM or similar)

Experience:


  • 47 years' working experience with full cycle of change management

Knowledge:


  • Expert knowledge of change management principles, techniques and tools
  • Solid knowledge of project management principles, techniques and tools

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From R60,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
