Team Leader

Job Overview

The Team Leader will oversee a team of fraud detection and administration staff, driving the effective delivery of team performance goals.

Main Responsibilities:

Manage accurate and effective authorization, credit risk, and fraud risk analysis within prescribed mandates and procedures.
Implement new systems to enhance and maintain fraud detection capabilities.
Monitor Fraud performance daily and weekly.
Maintain a healthy working environment, ensuring ergonomics, resource availability, tool effectiveness, and infrastructure.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Risk Management or related field.
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in fraud or similar environment.
Comprehensive knowledge of transactional systems, processes, and industry procedures.
Ability to lead and manage people for operational excellence and customer service.
Strong analytical skills, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
Data management, fraud detection, and query resolution expertise.
