- Design and Development: Design and develop solutions and architectures on ServiceNow using industry best practices.
- Requirement Gathering and Client Interaction: Gather requirements, estimate efforts, and interact with clients to understand their needs.
- Project Leadership: Lead ITSM, CSM, and LSD implementation projects, ensuring successful integrations.
- Proposal Development: Work on proposals and provide in-depth expertise on ITSM and CMDB modules, including Incident Management (IM), Problem Management (PM), Change Management (CM), Knowledge Management (KM), Release Management (RM), and Service Catalog.
- ServiceNow Development: Develop on ServiceNow, including Client Scripts, Server Scripts, Notifications, Inbound/Outbound email integrations, Workflow, and Flow Designer.
- Feature Evaluation and Enhancement: Evaluate new features within ServiceNow and recommend enhancements.
- System Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using API integrations.
- Upgrade Management: Manage ServiceNow upgrades and work with Next Experience, Employee Centre, and Workspaces.
- Integration Hub Orchestration: Utilize Integration HUB orchestrations for seamless system integrations.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, providing clear written and oral communication. Lead and collaborate with team members, facilitating negotiation and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents, create comprehensive technical documentation, and apply Agile methodologies to project management and development processes.
- Troubleshooting and Analytical Skills: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, demonstrating strong analytical skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Over 10 years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and development.
- Skills: Extensive experience with ITSM, LSD, CSM, CMDB, and HRSD, proven track record of handling implementation projects and integrations.
- ServiceNow Development: Proficiency in ServiceNow Development (Client Script, Server Script, Notifications, Email Integrations, Workflow, Flow Designer).
- Agile Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Documentation and Troubleshooting: Ability to prepare HLD and LLD documents, create technical documentation, and troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Leadership and Teamwork: Self-starter with the ability to work with limited supervision and lead a team effectively.
- IT Asset Management: Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM), Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), and additional CSM and LSD modules.
- ServiceNow Certifications: ServiceNow certifications in relevant modules.
