- Monitoring and reporting on individual and team sales performance.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction targets are being exceeded.
- Taking a hands-on approach in supporting vehicle sales executives to meet their targets.
- Carrying out market and competitor analyses, setting target parameters (e.g. for pricing), and ensuring these are implemented.
- Engaging in active marketing and stock management.
- Identifying training and development needs and opportunities for your staff.
- Working closely with the vehicle sales team to ensure the dealership meets its new vehicle sales target.
- Must have at least three years' experience in the role with a proven track record within a franchised business.
- Grade 12 Qualification essential.
- Valid Drivers' License essential.
- Specific brand experience, diploma in Business or Marketing Management will be advantageous.
- Strong asset and stock control skills.
- Must have contactable references.
