- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Commerce or a related field.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in business solutions, specifically in vehicle and asset finance, sales, service, and deal-making.
- Proven track record of success in managing dealer relationships and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of asset-based lending, financial acumen, and the financial industry regulatory framework.
- Practical approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
