    The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a large team of technicians and installers' assistants, ensuring the achievement of team objectives and sales goals.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Team Management: Effectively manage a team of over 45 members, overseeing inspections, preparing reports, and performing repairs.
    • Contract Review: Possess in-depth knowledge of Contract Law, with experience reviewing and understanding contracts.
    • Industry Expertise: Display extensive working knowledge of industry standards and practices, including product details and company services offered.
    • Customer Service: Offer exceptional customer service, maintaining relationships and upselling products and services to ensure repeat business.
    • Administrative Tasks: Assist with or perform administrative tasks directly affecting the contracts department.
    • Regulatory Compliance: Develop and maintain working knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions, and laws, ensuring adherence to all regulations.
    • Issue Resolution: Monitor department issues and client complaints, defining patterns and implementing solutions to reduce recurring issues.
    • Project Management: Oversee large projects and complex sites, ensuring timely completion and quality results.
    • Travel: Travel locally and nationally to sites, as required.

    Requirements

    • Educational Background: Hold a Finance or Legal degree.
    • Experience: Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience dealing with Contract Laws.
    • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and knowledgeable about NEC, NEC3, JBCC, GCC, and FIDIC.
    • Personal Qualities: Ability to work under pressure, independently, and on complex tasks.
