Location:
Rossburgh, Durban

Job Type:
Permanent

Salary will be discussed in the interview and is based on experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
35 years FMCG or Food Manufacturing industry experience is essential.
Proven IT management experience and a track record of successful technology leadership.
Strong expertise in IT systems, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional problemsolving and communication skills.
Leadership qualities that inspire and lead a team effectively.
IT certifications (CompTIA, CISSP, PMP) are a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute IT strategies that support our business objectives and growth plans.

Team Management:
Lead and mentor our IT team to create a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Infrastructure Stewardship:
Oversee our IT infrastructure, ensuring the security and performance of all systems and platforms.

Cybersecurity and Data Protection:
Champion our cybersecurity measures and disaster recovery plans to safeguard company assets.

Vendor and Budget Management:
Collaborate with vendors and manage the IT budget, optimizing investments.

User Support:
Provide technical support and develop IT policies for our employees.

Project Management:
Lead IT projects from inception to successful completion ie upgrade network infrastructure

Job Types:

Salary:
From R25,000.00 per month
