    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly experienced Area Manager to lead our quality management efforts. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of improving operational execution and making a positive impact.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and implement quality management strategies to improve operational performance.
    2. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
    3. Identify areas for improvement and develop corrective action plans.
    4. Collaborate with team members to implement changes and improvements.
    5. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of quality initiatives.

    Requirements:

    • Grade A qualification
    • At least 10 years of experience in area management and branch management
    • Security diploma and middle management development program preferred
    • Strong knowledge of guarding, technology, and specialized operations
    • Proven ability to formulate and evaluate standard operating procedures (SOPs)
    • Experience in security audit and inspection duties
    • Ability to practice safety leadership and promote a culture of safety
    • Exposure to operational designs and process improvements
    • Understanding of wage cost, fuel, and uniform controls
