The Maintenance Lead will be supporting the business by effectively and proactively managing and executing all maintenance at our various facilities, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, building, carpentry, and general maintenance.

The main responsibilities of the role include:

Managing all maintenance and repair requirements across our facilities.
Building and managing relationships with all contractors and service providers.
Execute basic repairs and assess maintenance requirements for any further support required.
Proactively be on the lookout for anything that requires maintenance.
Prioritises to work efficiently in an organised, systematic manner.
Is reliable, punctual with a high energy level and excellent work ethic.
Is willing to work extended hours and happy to travel as required.
Strives to provide a top class service that exceeds expectations.

The experience we're looking for:

5+ years' experience in maintenance, dealing with electrical, plumping, carpentry, building and general maintenance.
Must have good knowledge of the Occupational Health & Safety Act & Regulations.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent management and supervisory skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Qualification in a specific trade advantageous.
