Are you someone who can:

This role will drive Supplier Risk Management (SRM) for suppliers in the Bank, across their entire lifecycle from the onboarding phase to termination.
Provide ongoing SRM advice and guidance to business on operational and tactical Supplier Risk management.
Enhance and improve the existing Vendor Risk Management framework design, driving toward an optimized maturity.
Gather support for this framework. operationalize, monitor, and report on supplier risks at the supplier, risk type, and aggregate levels.
Review and analyze internal data in relation, and in comparison, to business strategies, market research, and other external benchmarking to provide strategic insight, consideration of opportunities, and alignment of the VRM framework to the enterprise goals.
Coordinate and facilitate risk issues (where needed) across the group and with the external supplier to a managed and resolved status,
Develop & maintain workflow processes to ensure data & system controls are adequate, meet internal baselines and optimize current processes to meet emerging Supplier risks,
Collaborate effectively with risk and compliance on vendor impacts, and help business drive these requirements that impact a supplier.
Help ensure strong oversight of all suppliers' risks and provide business partners visibility of existing and emerging risks.
Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of supplier risk information and reporting, including defining standard supplier risk metrics/measures, trend analysis, developing reporting and analysis standards and requirements, and providing market intelligence and analytical insights in relation to sourcing strategies.
Effective teamwork, selfmanagement, and alignment with group values.
Bachelor's degree in risk management, Commerce, Finance, Legal, Audit or related field
CRMA and/or CISA is an added advantage.
8 years progressive experience in a Risk Management or Audit role in a similar sized organization including 3 years' experience in a procurement function.
Comprehensive knowledge of applicable concepts and methodologies such as continuous quality improvement and auditing experience
Extensive working experience in Business Risk Management, Operational Risk, Internal Audit, and/or controls related function within the health care industry preferred.
Understanding of governance structures used to manage supplier risk programs and supplier mitigation and oversight.
Ability to analyze data, interpret results and provide strategic recommendations.
Advanced analytical skills to resolve the most complex risk management problems.
Excellent project management skills.
