Description

Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition: Identify and prospect potential clients within the interior design industry, including homeowners, businesses, and developers. Utilize networking, cold calling, and other strategies to expand our client base.

Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and convert them into paying clients. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling pitches and presentations tailored to client needs.

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact. Understand their needs, preferences, and objectives to provide personalized service and solutions.

Project Coordination:Collaborate with internal teams, including designers and project managers, to ensure seamless project delivery. Serve as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders, facilitating communication and addressing any concerns.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for business growth. Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on market analysis.

Proposal Development:Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and estimates to clients, outlining project scope, timelines, and pricing. Negotiate terms and conditions to secure profitable contracts while meeting client expectations.

Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and resolving any issues or complaints promptly. Seek feedbackfrom clients to continuously improve our products and services.
