    Branch Consultant/ Financial Advisor

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Branch Consultant/ Financial Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering sales targets, providing exceptional client service, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sales delivery: Gain an in-depth understanding of SRM product ranges, identify customer needs, and provide tailored solutions.
    • In-branch client service and retention: Manage client profiles, send payment reminders, and resolve queries to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
    • Quality, compliance, and continuous development: Stay up-to-date with compliance standards, maintain product knowledge, and flag potential risks.
    • Monthly planning and reporting: Report on activities, collate data, and deliver on weekly and monthly deadlines.

    Knowledge and Skills:

    • Client service
    • Sales and cross-selling tactics and strategies
    • Insurance landscape knowledge, including regulatory requirements and guidelines
    • One year experience in sales or marketing capacity

    Conditions of Employment:

    • Clear criminal and credit check
    • Own/reliable transport

    Estimated Salary: R 500,000 - R 700,000 per annum
