Description

The Strategic Sourcing and Outsourcing Manager is responsible for the end-to-end contractor performance management to ensure on-time delivery of manufactured electronic components and strategic sourcing in-line with agreed KPIs.

The role entails co-ordinating complex contractor performance and strategic sourcing activities including scope and specification development, procurement, negotiation, contracting, manufacturing, quality and risk management.

Bachelors degree in EngineeringA post graduate degree in Engineering/Business Management/MBA/MBL would be advantageous10 years of related experience, with at least 5 years of strategic sourcing, contracts management and project management experience.
