Sales Representative needed at a fast-growing marketing company in the Western Cape. We service companies looking to generate leads and close more deals through using our marketing services.

We are seeking an ambitious and results-orientated individual to join our team.

The job is remote.


Summary:

Responsibilities:

Working with our team to create call scripts and follow-up scripts.

Making cold calls to leads to schedule meetings (either telephonic or over Zoom).

Closing deals through these channels.

Reporting daily KPIs (Dials, Answered, Pitched, Meetings Booked, and Deals Closed).

Weekly team meetings over Zoom.


Qualifications:
Past sales experience or relevant tertiary qualification.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to connect with leads and clients at all levels, present solutions effectively, and manage client relationships professionally.

Strong customer service orientation, with a commitment to exceeding expectations and building lasting partnerships.

Self-motivated and results-driven approach to achieving sales goals.

Valid driver's license.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Professional and well-groomed.


Benefits:

Competitive compensation package of R15,000 - R25,000 plus commission, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
