- Capture accurate information onto the SAP system in a timely manner
- Process payroll at best practice performance levels, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Respond promptly and accurately to internal and external customer queries
- Perform reconciliations and audits to ensure compliance with legislation and regulations
- Process employee payments and entitlements accurately and efficiently
- Assist with customer relations and management
- Minimum 3 years' full cycle payroll experience, preferably in a large complex payroll department
- 5 years weekly wages experience
- Strong knowledge of SAP Payroll System and HR Administration systems
- Thorough understanding of payroll-related taxes (PAYE, SITE, and VAT) and legislation
- Business acumen, analytical thinking, data interpretation, relationship building, deadline meeting, attention to detail, planning, organizing, and maintaining productivity
