    Key Responsibilities:

    • Risk Management Policies: Develop and continually improve risk management policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective risk mitigation strategies.
    • Risk Methodologies: Implement risk methodologies and streamline risk processes to enhance operational efficiency.
    • Risk Register and Dashboards: Manage the risk register and appetite dashboards, delivering clear, real-time insights to inform business decisions.
    • Combined Assurance Reports: Collaborate on combined assurance reports and oversee internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Operational Risk Events: Identify and address operational risk events promptly to minimize disruption to business operations.
    • Risk Tools Digitization: Drive the digitization of risk tools to elevate operational efficiency and reduce manual errors.
    • Compliance: Ensure compliance with POPIA & PAIA frameworks through regular reviews and updates to maintain regulatory adherence.
    • Risk Awareness Culture: Promote a strong culture of risk awareness throughout the organization to encourage responsible decision-making.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage effectively with key stakeholders, including EXCO, to advance the risk agenda and drive business outcomes.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Risk Management, Finance, or a related discipline.

    Experience:

    • At least 5 years of relevant experience in risk or operational roles, demonstrating expertise in risk management and analysis.
