    Job Description:

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing detailed HVAC system designs using AutoCAD software. This involves ensuring designs adhere to industry standards and project requirements, collaborating with project managers and engineers to meet design objectives, and reviewing and revising designs based on feedback and project changes.

    Tender Application Management

    The candidate will prepare and complete tender application forms accurately and in a timely manner, coordinate with the procurement team to gather necessary documentation, ensure compliance with tender requirements and submission deadlines, and track and manage multiple tender applications concurrently.

    Technical Expertise

    The successful candidate will stay updated on industry trends, standards, and best practices in HVAC design, provide technical support to the sales and project management teams during the tendering process, and conduct technical assessments to determine project feasibility and cost estimates.

    Documentation and Reporting

    Maintaining organized records of all design drawings, calculations, and tender documents is crucial. The candidate will also generate reports and documentation as required for internal and external stakeholders and communicate project progress and updates effectively to team members and management.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
    • Proven experience in HVAC system design using AutoCAD software advantageous.
    • Familiarity with AutoCAD.
    • Strong knowledge of HVAC principles, equipment, and components.
    • Experience in preparing and completing tender application forms.
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
    • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
    • Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
    • Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
