We are passionate about delivering exceptional design experiences, and we are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

    About the Role

    This is a role for somebody with 4+ years of relevant industry experience. Project management, knowledge of creative workflows, organisation and strong comms are at the heart of the Senior Projects Manager role.

    The role involves building, leading and overseeing the studio's planning and execution processes, working on projects from the concept phase to execution. You'll be detail-oriented and logistically minded, with a passion for making amazing things happen on a global scale. A key player in bringing creative projects to life, from facilitating early exploration calls with clients to timing plans, and budgets, and managing the end-to-end project process across video, animation, and design.

    You'll be capable of developing scopes and costings for both national and international creative projects, supporting the team to deliver brand, design, video, animation, and websites.

    The Senior Projects Manager works closely with clients and various internal teams (Sales, Account Management, Design, Animation, Web) to manage a range of challenging and exciting creative projects ensuring all logistics are covered and projects are delivered on time and within budget.

    Finally, you'll work closely with senior management and the marketing operations coordinator in the studio to plan internal and external resources, maintain communication between relevant internal teams and the client, and touch base with clients regularly to keep the studio running smoothly and ensure appropriate planning based on what's coming down the track.

    Responsibilities

    • Establish, build, and grow the studio projects team,
    • Work collaboratively with the rest of the studio to scope and cost for projects across a range of creative disciplines.
    • Implement and lead project processes and materials, such as management software, budget trackers, briefing forms, timing plans etc..
    • Communicate with clients and the rest of the studio to oversee briefs, gather materials, and review final assets against the brief requirements.
    • Identify creative opportunities and mitigate risks.
    • Manage projects end to end, from planning to execution.
    • Plan and prioritise internal studio resources.
    • Build and maintain external relationships, planning support where necessary across all creative disciplines.

    Requirements

    • Essentially to have design agency experience - 2 years + to be considered for this role.
    • Excellent communication and time management skills.
    • Experience managing and growing teams.
    • Great working knowledge of Google Suite, Slack and Clickup, as well as e.g. Float, Harvest or equivalent software.
    • Detailed orientated with an ability to analyse, respond to, and execute client briefs.
    • 4+ years experience working with a wide range of creative disciplines, managing different types of creative projects.
    • Inspiring collaborator, able to work confidently with others to achieve a goal.

    Additional Skills (Nice to Haves)

    • A creative eye, and a level of competency/understanding of design / creative tools (Figma, Adobe, Webflow, etc)
    • Knowledge of Web3 technologies and their integration into design projects.
    • Previous experience working in a marketing or design agency setting.
