    Business Analyst Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Planet10.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Analyse business requirements to identify areas for improvement.
    • Capture user stories and validate them with customers to ensure alignment with business needs.
    • Develop and deliver onboarding user training to ensure seamless adoption of new processes.
    • Participate in daily standups to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
    • Attend UAT sessions as needed to ensure high-quality deliverables.
    • Continuously discover opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
    • Design and develop training materials, including user guides and instructional videos.
    • Utilize ServiceNow platform expertise to drive business analysis and process optimization.
    • Apply strong business analysis skills to gather requirements, problem-solving abilities to address technical issues, and project management capabilities to implement and support solutions.

    Requirements:
