    6. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product development, and sales teams to translate complex technical information into engaging visuals.
    7. Photography & Media Production: Coordinate product photoshoots, edit images, and oversee the creation of videos or animations for marketing purposes.
    8. Talent Development & Guidance: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers to ensure their work meets industry standards.

    About the Role

    The ideal candidate should have a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sectors. A minimum of 1 year of team management experience is required.

    This role demands advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with experience in motion graphics and video editing using tools like After Effects or Premiere Pro being a plus. Familiarity with CAD design or 3D modeling tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Blender) is preferred.

    Key Objectives: Responsible for designing visual content that supports product launches, trade shows, and corporate branding initiatives, driving growth by enhancing brand recognition, engaging stakeholders, and promoting product adoption. Additionally, this role requires a deep understanding of the African market to deliver designs that resonate with diverse cultural and regional audiences.
