Job Summary.

Responsibilities.

Oversee and coordinate manufacturing operations, ensuring that production targets and quality standards are met
Manage and mentor a team of manufacturing staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
Implement and monitor production processes to optimize efficiency and minimize waste
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication within the organization
Identify areas for process improvement and implement appropriate strategies to enhance productivity and quality
Monitor equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning and initiate maintenance or repairs when necessary
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times

Requirements.

Proven experience in a senior manufacturing or workshop management role, preferably in the steel fabrication & Hydraulic industry
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and techniques, with a focus on steel fabrication
Management of inventory to ensure consistent production capability
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team of employees
Analytical and problemsolving skills with a proactive approach to process improvement
Familiarity with industry regulations and quality standards
Qualification in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred

Salary:
R20, R35,000.00 per month
