    Job Summary

    We're looking for a skilled Continuous Improvement (CI) professional to drive sustainable growth, enhance productivity, and optimize processes. If you're a detail-oriented, analytical, and creative problem-solver with a passion for lean manufacturing, we'd love to hear from you.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Deployment of LIFE: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement efficient processes, reducing waste, and improving efficiency.
    • Production Lead Times, Quality & Productivity: Analyze current processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to boost productivity, quality, and lead times.
    • SOP's & change management: Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures to ensure seamless operations and effective change management.
    • Leading the LOFT system, as Master Trainer: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to equip teams with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in continuous improvement.

    Requirements:

    • Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field: We're looking for a candidate with a solid foundation in industrial engineering or a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
    • 2-5 years proven work experience as Continuous Improvement (CI) / Lean Manufacturing functions or equivalent: Our ideal candidate has a proven track record of driving process improvements, with a deep understanding of lean manufacturing tools and techniques.
    • Knowledge of 6 (Six) SIGMA would be an advantage: A certification in Six Sigma would be a significant asset, demonstrating a commitment to quality and process excellence.
