    • Foster relationships across teams and disciplines to promote collaboration and efficiency.
    • Analyze design impact on customers and businesses, reporting insights to senior management and stakeholders.

    Accountability: High-Quality Design

    • Create innovative, high-quality design solutions for world-class customer experiences.
    • Contribute significantly to design within projects, providing thought leadership to the overall team and business.
    • Apply design thinking and best practices to develop design options and narrow down final solutions.
    • Use market analysis, customer feedback, and user research analytics to design products around customers, delivering improved experiences.
    • Design scenarios, mock-ups, and prototypes as necessary, iterating to achieve optimal outputs.
    • Align designs to standards and brand guidelines for consistent customer experiences.

    Accountability: Building Capabilities

    • Coach and mentor designers in the project team and design team as a whole.
