Matric essential

Diploma or Certificate Advantages

5 Years experience as a Warranty clerk essential

MS excel; Power point; and Word,

Be able to adjudicate all Warranty Claims for suppliers and dealers

Assist with reporting on a rotational basis

Establish and develop and maintain dealer warranty relationship

Assist in handling of warranty claims complaints

Ensure the problems are resolved

Implement improvement projects on an ongoing basis

Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills

Self-driven and results oriented

Ensure targets are achieved and costs are kept in line with budget
