    Job Title: Business Development Manager

    Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, industry associations, and customers to enhance the company's visibility and access to opportunities.

    The successful candidate will identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, acquisitions, and joint ventures.

    They must stay up-to-date with market developments and trends in the chemical, minerals, or agricultural sectors.

    The primary goal is to expand the company's market presence and revenue stream.

    To achieve this, they will monitor and analyze the performance of commercial projects and initiatives against established KPIs and objectives, and recommend improvement actions as needed.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, engineering, or a related field.
    • A minimum of 4-6 years of sales experience.
    • Background in the chemical, minerals, or agricultural industries.
    • Proven track record of success in commercial management, corporate development, or business development roles.
    • Strong negotiating skills.

    Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
