About Our Client

Our client is a prominent business-to-business publishing house with a reputation for producing high-quality trade publications focused on niche industries.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven sales executive to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in driving new business growth, developing strong relationships with clients, particularly in the travel, tourism, and energy sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

To identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting.
To consistently meet or exceed sales targets and make a significant contribution to the company's growth.
To build and maintain robust relationships with clients.

Your Skills and Experience:

You must have experience selling to at least one of the following sectors:

Travel: Previous experience as a travel agent is highly valued.
Energy: You should have proven experience in selling to energy or related sectors.
Tourism: Sales experience with lodges, hotels, or the broader tourism industry is essential.

Magazine sales experience is advantageous but not essential.
You must have a proven track record of meeting sales targets and generating new business.

Requirements:

A minimum qualification of Matric.
A valid driver's license and your own reliable vehicle.
Strong skills in closing and negotiation.
