    Senior Business Solutions and Commercial Manager - Tender and Contract Management

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Participate in the creation and review of supplier-facing documents to ensure high quality and adherence to industry standards.
    2. Ensure all supplier-facing documents are developed in alignment with procurement projects, global bunding processes, and local/global policies to minimize risk and ensure high quality.
    3. Manage a portfolio of suppliers globally, resolving commercial matters in a timely manner and escalating issues to decision-makers as necessary.
    4. Collaborate in supplier negotiations to secure optimal terms and conditions.
    5. Provide training to end users on compliance needs, risks of non-compliance, and system requirements.
    6. Oversee Trade Compliance requirements for South Africa.
    7. Maintain governance processes for supplier-facing agreements regarding policy, procedure, approval, and risk mitigation.
    8. Compile and launch Group-related Tender documents, manage adjudications with stakeholders, and maintain Tender Committee meeting minutes and documentation.

    About You:

    • Degree in B.Com Law, LLB Law, B.Com Procurement, or Supply Chain.
    • Minimum 5 years experience in the mining industry.
    • 10 years experience in Commercial, Legal, and/or Procurement.
    • Strong knowledge of managing commercial principles and contracts, assessing commercial risk, and leading negotiation strategies.
    • Experience in Procurement Tender and Contractual processes.
    • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is an advantage.
