    About the Role:

    We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to develop long-term partnerships with customers and maximize sales development through effective business planning and sales strategies.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Develop strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and revenue.
    • Sell Company products, devices, and solutions to new and existing customers.
    • Manage sales budget (net revenue, margin) and sales forecast for the area.
    • Arrange deliveries and drop-offs of Company products.
    • Participate in road shows and exhibitions to showcase Company products.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
    • Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Update CRM system regularly to track sales progress and customer interactions.
    • Complete Call Reports to analyze sales performance.
    • Send quotes and brochures to customers as needed.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Distributors and Customers.

    Requirements:

    • Matric qualification.
    • Experience as a Sales Representative.
    • Valid Driver's License and own reliable transportation to commute to the office.
    • Ability to work independently and think outside the box.
    • Negotiation skills and adaptability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strategic thinking and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively within the organization.
