We require 03 ERP Lead Consultant with a minimum of 07 years' experience in implementing ERP solutions in the large financial services organisation (private/public)

Proven Track record in ERP implementation.
Proven Track record in Project Management
Proven track record in the implementation of large projects

Job Role

Consolidate organisationwide information, link processes and functions to do away with departmental specific systems.
Streamline business processes to take advantage of best practices through automation, integration, and workflows.
Eliminate redundant data entry.
Eliminate manual input when preparing the annual budget, financial statements and management accounts.
Improve and/or provide necessary reports and reporting capabilities, and access to data through inquiry or drilldown capabilities.
Integrate with other systems that are in the operating environment, including banks.
Provide seamless interface capabilities with third‐party systems; and
Address audit issues related to legacy systems in the Client's environment

Responsibilities

Roll out the Enterprise Transformation Programs as described in the paragraph above.
Mapping URS to BRS and Tech/Apps in Financials, Human Capital Management, Supply Chain and Loan Funding
Manage both cloud and onpremises rollout with integration to multiple systems.
Manage commercial contracts and SLAs.
Undertake analytics on the Cloud and BI tools and process automation.
Write reports for management and the Board on a regular basis.
Lead discussions on the business value of technology across the enterprise.
Project and program lead, with management of the following stakeholders:
EXCO, Project Office and Board of Directors o a team of experts and professionals.
With the above, also manage licence and support costs including negotiating licence renewals, where necessary.
Change management, and leadership in a changing environment
