    Job Title: Bookkeeper/Office Administrator

    The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and managerial skills, enabling them to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently. As the Office Administrator, they will be responsible for overseeing the Bookkeeping function within the organization, managing office supplies, coordinating meetings and events, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Bookkeeping duties, invoicing, and account follow-ups.
    • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
    • Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and events.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Maintain office filing and organizational systems.
    • Assist with budget management and expense tracking.
    • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
    • Manage scheduling and appointments for senior management.

    Desired Experience & Qualification:

    • Minimum Matriculation certificate; a Bookkeeping degree or diploma is advantageous.
    • Proven experience as an Office Administration and Bookkeeper or similar role.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
    • Experience in budget management and expense tracking.
    • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

    Required Skills:

    • Bookkeeping
    • Minimum 3-5 years of work experience

    The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $65,000 per year, based on location and industry standards.
