Description
We are looking for a Sales Trainer to design and deliver educational programs for our sales teams.

Sales Trainer responsibilities include conducting skills gap analyses, preparing learning material and evaluating results after each training session.

For this role, you will work closely with our salespeople to identify challenges they face on-the-job and recommend ways to increase productivity.


Ultimately, you will help increase the overall performance of our sales teams and ensure they have the skills to achieve their goals.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct skills gap analysis for skills improvement
  • Design training curricula within given timeframes
  • Produce physical and digital training material
  • Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions
  • Ability to motivate and inspire
  • Collect performance and training data

Requirements:


  • Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer (13 years)
  • Lead generation experience is a bonus
  • Computer literacy is a must
  • Matric Certificate
  • Contact Center sales trainer experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
R10, R13,000.00 per month
