Job Description
Purpose:


The primary purpose of this role is assisting the BI team with adhoc data and reporting requests, and with stakeholder request administration and communication.

This role will assist BI TEAM to assess data quality, data investigations, and report impact analysis.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Review and track the incoming requests from Internal and External stakeholder.
  • Acknowledge requests received.
  • Provide feedback to Data Analysts to plan accordingly.
  • Work with data analyst to Understand the business questions to be answered.
  • Understand and analyse the data available to support the business question.
  • Understand the data models with data relationships.
  • Prepare data exception reports.
  • Investigate data anomalies being reported.
  • Store evidence of findings to assist in communication with operations and data stewards.
  • Job RequirementsQualifications and Experience
  • Certification or courses related to Information Systems / Computer programming / Data Analysis
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word
  • Kowledge and some experience is using Microsoft Excel would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of SQL or a programming language would be advantageous.
