    **Job Description**

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management and capital strategy, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improvement.

    • Responsibilities include overseeing Solvency Capital Requirements (SCR), risk margin calculations, dividends proposals, and prudential valuation.
    • Conducting Asset Liability Modelling (ALM), defining investment strategies, and monitoring performance.
    • Developing and maintaining complex actuarial models for capital, pricing, and risk analysis.
    • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards through first line assurance reviews.
    • Leading and mentoring a team of Actuarial Specialists & Analysts.

    **Key Qualifications**

    The successful candidate will possess:

    • A qualified Actuary with 2+ years post-qualification experience.
    • Expertise in Solvency Assessment & Management (SAM) and capital management.
    • People management experience.
    • Experience with iterative risk margins is preferred.
