Description

Access World is a global commodity warehousing and logistics business headquartered in Zug, Switzerland and operates in various regions across Europe, the Americas, Africa and Asia-Pacific, each with their own corporate functions including business development, finance, legal, and operations.

Minimum qualifications needed:

Matric
Relevant Diploma or degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
Any other relevant qualification (Marketing Management)
Minimum 5 years strong overborder experience within Sub-Saharan Africa (Commercial / Operational)
High level of computer literacy (Word / PowerPoint / Excel)
Experience working with marketing agencies and developing strategic commercial strategies to targeted sectors and or audience types
Ability to build rapport and solid relationships with customers.
Strong negotiator with proven track record of client acquisition as well as retention levels
Attention to detail and analytical thinking in being able to measure and process numbers in line with budgeted expectations
Strong people management skills and proven track record of managing commercial teams with group targets
Sound understanding of African metals and minerals markets including high level relations with global trading houses
